What was your favourite contest in the TV show Gladiators?

    As you may have seen, Gladiators won the recent Ultimate Nostalgia Tournament on here earlier this week. See here. Today, I'd like to see which of the amazing events on the show you liked best. Vote on the poll and leave comments saying which you liked and which you didnt.
    Atlaspheres

    Basically human hamster balls. The object was to roll over pods that would give you points while Gladiators attempted to thwart you.

    Hang Tough

    The object was to swing from one side of the arena to the other and land on a platform using these rings suspended from the ceiling. Gladiators would attempt to make you plummet to the floor. Featured alot of humping.

    Duel

    This was where a Contender and a Gladiator would have a joust of on elevated platforms using massive cotton-bud looking things known as pugil sticks.

    The Wall

    A game of vertical cat-and-mouse. Contender would be afforded a headstart.

    Swingshot

    Contenders were on a bungee cord and had to attempt to dive off their ledge and dunk a ball into a basket for various amounts of points

    Pyramid

    The goal was to ascend the structure but a Gladiator would be in your way half way up it. Wrestling and thrills and spills ensued.

    Skytrak

    Upside down human Scalextric.

    The Eliminator

    The Final Boss. The obstacle course that had an array of challenges on it including the dreaded Travelator at the end.

    The eliminator as the main event was brilliant. The balance beam at the start, the netting they had to ascend, the zip wire down. The travelator/evil escalator was hilarious, they'd nearly always plonk on their mush on it. The paper sheet they broke through at the end vis rope swing was so satisfying though.

    Wasn't a contestant badly hurt on the pyramid when they were dragged off the thing by a gladiator and landed badly ? I've it in my head that jet was involved.

    They were all great, but I always loved the Duel. Just seemed like the best fun with the least amount of cardio needed!
