Hi to all of you, I am unsure now of this. I want to buy a car with valid nct for 1-2 years, and take it to Moldova, then come back some time later maybe 5-6 months, will i need to insure the car or what is the procedure ? I went to Gardai they don't know.

You need to ring an insurance broker really.
