    Just a quick question...

Recently got a claim approved for JSB. Need to collect it on Friday.

But my public service card as yet to arrive.

    What do I do?

Go to the intreo centre. They will give you a paper temporary 'card' you can use to collect payment.

I was on jsa a few years ago, and never bothered getting my public service card. Always used the little temporary cardboard one.

Do i have to go to reception for this? Or a specific desk?

I have job interviews pretty much all day tomorrow(including the travelling)...

So don't have a huge amount of time, just back from an interview up the country that i was doing today...

Absolute pain, why isn't my passport good enough

I know, its a bloody nuisance, even getting the public service card, they make a big song and dance over it.

As far as I can remember I just went into the general area where people sign on, I guess that's like a normal service desk, and ask for a temporary card to pick up your payment because you haven't gotten the appt for your card yet or just don't have the card yet.
