National Ambulance Service - Grade V Data Analysis

Hi, Would anybody have any information on the kind of work that a Grade V Data Analyst would do with the National Ambulance Service? Also any info on the holidays you get and the hours you are required to work? The information booklet was very vague and didnt mention the holiday allowance or the usual working hours. Thanks
