Engine light is amber, Oil dipstick shows oil is virtual emply. Visible oil on lower half of engine block and on oil filter as per attached photos. 167 k on the clock, 30k since last service. Engine light is amber, Oil dipstick shows oil is virtual emply. Visible oil on lower half of engine block and on oil filter as per attached photos. 167 k on the clock, 30k since last service. No audible noises when idling revs stays solid.

Guesses ?? next steps for diagnosis ?
