Hi everyone need some advice to repressurise my boiler, I had some work done in the bathroom upstairs and the rafiator had to be remove up re-installing I tried to bleed the radiator but not enough flow was going in so upon inspection on the gauge at the boiler it was at 0 bar, seen some YouTube videos on how to do it and I think I found the filling loop but the setup is different from the videos I've seen so here I am feeling like a know it all knob looking for advice I've attached the photo of the setup and thanks in advance!

The valve assembly with the pressure gauge attached may be shut off.
Turn the small control knob on the bottom anti clockwise (clockwise direction if looking from above) and see if you hear water going through it.
Shut everything back off once the pressure reaches 1.25 bar.

Top connection might also be a penny valve so worth checking that is open.

Both top and bottom can be turned the top can just didn't want to mess with it too much as I don't know what I'm dealing with yet but thanks will see if any of those two will work

When I say top connection I mean at the top of the silver braided hose,in the picture it looks like there might be slot for a penny/screwdriver to turn the valve on or off.
