Claiming Health Expenses back from Revenue

Hi, I want to claim tax relief on some old medical expenses receipts I have recently found going back to 2015/16/17. But as I already filed a tax return (Form 11) for those years at the time, can I still go into my ROS and just add in the medical expenses for those years, or do I need to fill out the full Form 11 for each year?? I am hoping it's just a matter of filling in the medical expenses section. Fingers crossed!

Anyone know what's the story here?

This what I did for a given year but not until the following year. Think the four year rules applies here. Maybe give Revenue a call?

Fairly sure I did it before. Has to be within 4 years, but was just a case of filling in a Med 1 form online.
Looks like that process has changed a bit, but imagine it's still similarly straightforward.

Filled in the form, think I provided bank details, got a refund a while later.

You go into the online form 11 for that year. You'll be presented with the original return you filed. You tick why you're amending the return ( in this case claiming reliefs/allowances not previously claimed) then go to the Med Exps section and add those in. File it and you'll get an amended assessment letter.
