    Hi,
    Ferroli Optimax HE 18s not igniting for the past 2 months.

    Where can I get parts?
    Or where can I get an expert in Ireland (Galway) to fix it?

    2 separate plumbers have looked and cannot identify the exact issue.
    Next step is either to get replacement parts and try or else get a new boiler.

    It's not firing. Gas is getting to the valve. Power is present. It appears the the boiler start sequence does not get to the attempt to ignite, no sound.
    The fan is running constantly.

    No errors.
