HKC old alarm - Can't stop it - No key fob - Changed user by mistake

    Hello, please help. need to DIY. Been using the alarm for years.
    Previous tenant lost the key fob years ago.
    Alarm had the light ON for "FAULT" (photo a). My guess it is the battery shown in photo b, because when electricity is OFF the alarm just shut down.
    Tried to find out what the fault was before guessing it is the battery.
    However messed around with the settings accessible through the star button.
    Know the main code.
    But changed the user probably by mistake.
    NOW THE OLD CODE IS NOT EVEN RECOGNIZED.
    TRIED 1234, 4444, etc as engineer's code but nothing works.
    ALARM screaming all the time even when resetting electricity.
    Keeps saying "invalid code" for the original code.
    Can't access settings. No idea.
    Please HELP. Took off the fuse for the siren temporarely.
    How to change settings again. How to let it recognize the old original code. How to make it stop.
