There seems to be a number of takeaways in Carrick, any recommendations? Don't mind whether it is Chinese, Indian or chipper so long as the food is decent. Thanks.

You’ll struggle getting one open this time on a Sunday morning!

Since I am one of the very few people who knows how to change a thread title, I have altered it to accommodate the pedantry.

I can now advise that the Dragon Inn Chinese restaurant in Kickham Street does very nice food.

It's probably the only one that I've tried I think. When they opened they used to drop free food samples into the bar in the Kickham Inn at about 10pm which pretty much led to loads of people going back to buy something else.

    Now that's good thinking!
