Anybody kmow how to disable a phonewatch alarm

I have an old phone watch alarm and for some reason keeps going off today. I think its the temperature. I have disabled it and yet it keeps going off. Its about 15 years old.

Remove power, panel mains fuse and battery? The ext alarm box may sound but should stop in 15-20 mins.
