I live in Leixlip, and have seen on your website that you recommend using a dishwasher at the highest setting, but nothing about washing dishes with water from the hot tank (immersion).
Is it safe to wash them with that water, or do I need to boil the water before doing the dishes? I don't have, or need, a dishwasher.

Also, if I have a small cut, is it ok to clean it with tap water, or do I need to use cooled boiled water/bottled water.

Normally I wouldn't care about this, but due to diabetes, I have a compromised immune system, and don't want to mess around with tainted water.

    Thank you,

    Terry.

We advise that you use water that has been boiled for washing dishes and to leave them dry fully before use. It is recommended that if it is a large open wound or if you are immuno-compromised, apply a waterproof bandage to the wound. Seek medical advice for further information.

    Thanks,
    Dylan
