Income tax as proprietary director

    Hi all,

    I would love to get some advice on the following situation.

    If you are a proprietary director but don't any income you still have to file form 11. When you are delayed with filling what is the penalty? Is the penalty on your total income (e.g. also based on when you have another job where you already pay PAYE)?
