Has my No Claims Discount expired?

    Hi all,

I have a Certificate of No Claims Discount for 3 years with the issue date 28/12/2017.

Is this valid proof of a No Claims Discount I can use to take out a new policy before 28/12/2019 when it expires?

I am just looking for clarification before I take out a policy.

    Thanks

Thank you. I just wanted confirmation before I looked at quotes.
