65" TV

    Hi,

I`m a happy returning customer that is looking for a new 65" TV. I narrowed down the choice for two options:

    https://www.richersounds.com/samsung-qe65q70r.html

    https://www.richersounds.com/samsung-ue65ru8000.html

I will use the TV mainly for movies/series, sport games and PS4 PRO gaming. I`d like to keep new TV for another few years so I want it to be as good as I can get for the money. I wonder should I go for a QLED over regular 8000 series ? The price difference is not that huge between the models I picked so maybe adding extra few bucks towards QLED is not a bad idea ?
If I decide to buy either of them would you honor the Black Friday promise from the UK website ?

    Many regards

    Hi Cristobaal,

Thanks for coming back to us!

I would definitely say the QLED would give you a much better picture than the standard LED panel. As it uses a Quantum Dot filter the colour and brightness is much more natural than the RU8000!

We are doing a Black Friday Price Promise so if you buy the TV now and it drops on Black Friday just let us know and we will refund the difference!

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David

    Hi David,

I see that you have a voucher code online on UK website  for 125 GBP off for that TV, does it applies for order here as well ?

    Hi guys,

I'm still happy with customer service and the new TV however I have a question about the Black Friday price promise/price match. I see that Harvey Norman has the better offer for the 65 Q70R and it's priced at 1299 euro. Will you be able to match it with the price of the TV I paid for the refund?

    Here's the link:

    https://www.harveynorman.ie/tvs-headphones/hd-tvs/all-tvs/samsung-65-4k-hdr-qled-smart-tv-qe65q70ratxxu.html

I will attach the screenshot of offer.

Just to let you know, I have received the 3070S sub on Wednesday and it's really rocking :) Thank you all.

    Many regards

    Hi Cristobaal.

You had purchased in sterling at the time at £1174.00 and not in Euro.

I'll need to see how I would go about any refund as we can only refund in the currency that you paid in.

The only way around this, we might need to charge you the 1299 Euro and then refund back the 1174 Sterling.
We are now also priced at the 1299 Euro but still at the £1299 sterling.
