Hi, just wondering if anyone has used this paint and what the experience of it is?

For context I need to redo all my doors and skirting which are starting to yellow. I'm not a fan of high gloss look, much prefer a bright white matt look.

I would previously have used satinwood pure white but noticed the water based option today which claims not to yellow but am hesitant as I've never used a water based on wood before and I know years ago the feedback on them wasn't great so wondering if quality has improved?

Ya it’s a decent product to use, water based won’t yellow like oil based does.
On the other hand, oil based is a harder wearing product.
From reading your post, I assume it’s previously been painted using oil based, so if your going with the water based option, then you need to undercoat with oil based 1st, and then 2 coats of water based to finish.

Give timber a good sand to key. Brilliant white Water based glosses/satins will stay white, but they drag like **** when applied by brush. Better going for something ever so slightly off white. Also, Helmi 30 is a far superior product
