What are the T&Cs on the voucher?

There has to be something on the voucher.

Did you receive the voucher from a refund/exchange, or just with the receipt from something you bought, like "get €20 off your next spend of €100" or something like that?

Apply it in voucher section online or purchase item in store and hand it to cashier.

We want to know what the voucher entitles you to. And are you trying to sell it or just curious as to how to use it? 'Promotional voucher' tells us nothing.
