Good starter Telescope

Hi guys,

Any recommendations for a good starter Telescope for a 10 year old? My son is science mad and we've attended a few events recently and wants a Telescope of his own, I'm clueless of brands etc so was hoping for a few pointers, up to 200 euro is the budget.
