Yep, go in as usual. It's then in the corner near the river. Bottom right of this pic, under block H basically
It's just a bar but with limited numbers in there it is nice. I've heard they have a cloakroom too, but I've never tried so can't confirm it. It's open after the gig too, I like to head in and have a beer while the crowds clear, there's usually still taxis outside then and no queue
As a general note for other people, if you're not on the guest list but are on 3 it's normally pretty easy to get in, there's a desk near the door, just head over and ask very nicely!0 -

Hi, I have an email telling me I’m on the ‘guest list’ for the 3 Lounge in the 3 Arena in December for a Rod Stewart concert!! Does anyone know how this works please? Do I join the queue as usual and then enter the lounge? Where is the Lounge located? Thank you!
There is a specific entrance for the guestlist as ElectricNitwit mentioned, it is almost on the corner of the building at the front but just ask one of the stewards.
I was on guestlist a few months ago, we went to the desk in that entrance, were given our tickets and lanyards and escorted up to the lounge in the lift. There is a cloakroom where you can leave your jackets and the bar is quite nice with table service. They do food and drinks so can have a bite to eat there before the gig if you want. You can't hear the gig from there (as far as I know) so you need to go to your seats for that but with the lanyard you can go back in and out of the bar as you want during the gig. It's a nice way to experience a gig in what is normally a hectic spot
