Printer for occasional use.

    Can anyone recommend a printer for just occasional use?
    I'd like to avoid inkjets/inktanks as I've just recently replaced all the inktanks on my Canon Pixma 4500 at a cost of approx. €70 only for the printhead to now report a fault!
    I now have five useless inktanks which are almost new but of no use in any modern printer.
    I'm thinking of a mono laserjet as don't really need colour.
    Any recommendations please?
