    Hi all,

I am looking for advice on how to treat a cracked chimney. We live in a house that was build in the late 40s, maybe 50s. With a recent rain fall I discovered that there is water getting into to attic thru that crack. I have attached a picture below. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Need to establish source of the water ingress. It may be tracking a distance and entering at the weak point, the crack. Need to see a photo from the outside.

Concrete can be resin repaired if you wish, but only after you fix the leak properly at the source. No point ‘fixing’ a leak from the inside!
