    Announced today for A & B rated houses... 5 year fixed at 2.5%

    Does anyone know if Haven & EBS will offer the same?

    They'll make their money when everyone has to get a loan to replace the air to water heat pumps they never serviced or when the PV solar panels die.

    Haven should since they are AIB just the broker section. EBS I don’t know. Seems to be following the trend of BOI on that then
