Just need some confirmation on the following.
If one books flight to Aussie say on the British Airways web site and say they are
two stops involved, for example Dub/London/KL/Adelaide.
Just say for example one flight is delayed for one reason or another and a connection is missed will the airline look after one and put you on the next available flight. ?
Thanks for any advice on this subject.
    JH

yes if its all on the one booking. (PNR)
They have a duty to get you from A to B.
After making your initial flight if this or any flight is delayed they will reschedule onto a later flight or with different connections to final destination or ask you to go to a connections desk to do this.

You only fall foul of this if you have booked say a Dublin to KL flight and a second separate booking from KL to Oz. If you miss start of second booking its not their problem as tickets are treated separately.

I was on an Emirates flight coming back from Dubai and it was delayed slightly as connecting passengers from Oz were on their way. Oz - Dubai was a little late but as it was a single ticket the passengers had booked, they were expected and Emirates knew where they were.

Emirates were selling Dublin to OZ via Dubai and were using a bit of cop on. It was not a problem, only half an hour or so and they made it up enroute home.
