Hi there, what is the situation with Grottos in Ireland and ESB/Electric Ireland? Who pays for them if lights/halo are on? Are they classed as "businesses"? Thanks Derry

Yes, any non residential supply is looked after by the business team of the electricity provider that it is registered with.
