Digiweb Speed Decrease

    Signed up to Digiweb around 2 weeks ago and my speed has dropped dramatically recently. I was getting 70 up / 20 down, now I'm getting 7 up / 1 down. I was out of the country last week and returned Friday night so not sure when it started. Also when I enter my eircode on their website it now says I can only get 24mb.

    I was onto their live chat and was advised to call their tech team, which I'll do when I get home from work.

    Any ideas on what the issue might be?

    7168/1024 knps is an exact 7Mb up / 1Mb down profile that you are on. You can get up to 82Mb (see the attainable amount) so call them and tell them your profile has been dropped to 7Mb and to please put it back on to the up to 80Mb one.
