Hi,

We are starting the process of building our own home. I have two potential site options that we are looking at, one of the sites is quite wet however it is the one we prefer at the moment and it is flat enough and above road level. The other site is more on uneven land but it is very sandy land. I was just wondering would the cost of draining a one acre site if needed be very expensive or would it work out as a similar price to levelling the other site. Thanks!
