Parrot MKi9100 hands free stopped working

    My daughters Parrot MKi9100 hands free stopped working. The display screen is blank and it is not connecting with the phone. I tested the screen connection with a volt meter ands there is power getting to the screen mount.

    Is there any way to test if its the blue ebox that needs replacing or if a new screen is needed?

    If it's not connecting with the phone they I'd say it's the blue box that's the problem. You'd imagine that if it was just the screen that the phone would connect.

    I've a ck3100 and find it to be pretty unreliable. I've had it about 10 years, but have had to replace the blue box three times at this stage. It's starting to give problems again so not sure if I'll bother buying another blue box and just replace it with something else.

    There are various forums that may be able to give more help re diagnostics if you do a Google.
