    Yes they contain different strains of leptospirosis. However they offer cross protection to other strains so the end result of using either is the same.

    However if you start a course with one vaccine and finish it with the other you can't be sure the immunity will be as good as doing the full course with one vaccine. Supply issues between both companies recently means that you generally have to use what you can get regardless.

    As far as I am aware only Spirovac is available in Ireland this year, (and in 50 Ml only).
    For a short period a Lepto Vaccine from a foreign manufacturer was available from one Irish source.

    Lepovoid h cant be got this year at all. Spirovac is available with agri direct
