PSO levy decreased on 1st October from 3.48pm to 2.84pm Just received my SSE electric bill and they are still charging the old rate for October :mad: It's a whole 64c +vat.. Check your bills

SSE still not refunded me for the overcharging in October.
They said it applies "from next billing cycle", yet no sign of the refund on latest bill.

SSE have ~250k domestic customers, that's a possible 250k x 64c = potential €160k gone somewhere

0
