One of my radiators is not heating up at all. Completely cold. I've bled it and all the air is out of it and it's turned on to 5 on the valve. The outflow valve could be closed, (usually on the left side)

Dirt in the rad (generally if the system is older or well supplied water)

The system needs balancing, (balance all rads to equalise their heating evenly)

Close off the other zone and turn off all the other rads in the zone with the cold rad. then turn the heat pump on, the circulation pump will move any possible air lock on the high point of a pipe.
