Lux Kono Pro in Ireland

Hi everyone, I was in the US recently at an event and won a Lux Kono Pro Edition. Below, there is a picture of the box. A guy from the US was telling me that it wouldn't work in Ireland. Does anyone have this installed? Would an installer who works with Nest, etc be able to install this? Thanks!
