    Hi,

Would anyone have an approximate cost to re-plumb an 1870 redbrick in Portbello, Dublin (3 bedroom, 2 storey)?

    Thanks

If you give more information some of the plumbers might be able to give a ballpark.

Is everything being replaced? Heating pipes & rads? Bathroom fixtures being replaced too? New boiler? Gas or oil?

I see a similar post on the electrical forum. Are you gutting the house? Will you have a plasterer in after the plumbing & electrics?

Not the type of work I do at all but give enough information & someone will be able to help

Yes, it would be replacing everything gas boiler, rads, pipes etc.

The house will be fully Re-wired and re-plastered also.
