Connecting a very old Bang and Olufsen stereo to newer speakers?

Any B&O experts here? Wanting to see if I can connect a very old "BEOCENTER 3600" to newer "Beolab 6000 Type 6822" speakers. The powerlink connectors are different on each so wondering if possible? If it can be done what cables do I need? Thank you!
