Boru Doras installation advice needed

Hi All I have just purchased a boru doras fire door and was wondering does the old fret, night burner stay in place or does it get removed ? I see some pictures with and without I have a 16" back boiler and if I leave the night burner in place the door will have to be brought a long way forward. My fireplace had a cast…

Hi All

I have a 16" back boiler and if I leave the night burner in place the door will have to be brought a long way forward.

My fireplace had a cast arch which has been removed and a cement mantel which will is being made to take up the space

The boru fire door has 3 bars behind the door
