Boiler water pressure dropping

    Have a sime boiler that for past week i had had to constantly refill by opening the valve on the filling loop to get above 2 bars before heating will come on. Once below 2 the boiler will cut out again and show an error code
    There seems to be some water coming out of the pipe at the side.
    Would this be a setting on the boiler itself or something erong with the boiler not retaining pressure?

    Any advice would be brilliant, thanks

    Maybe a problem with expansion tank.

    Expansion vessel problem.


    2 bar for boiler to work? Really, domestic boiler?
