Citylink bus times

Hi, has anyone any idea if road works ect are factored into the citylink bus times. For example Limerick to Dublin airport. The 5:35 am bus gets to Dublin airport at 8:15 Friday morning, Which From experience is a really busy time on the M7/M50. What's the consensus on them from experience?
