I was in tesco portlaoise and this wasn't applied to my purchase. Is it only certain stores?

Sorry, yes, it says selected stores only. I can’t find any info. on which stores. So I can only confirm it’s available in the Cavan town store. Apologies, I hadn’t noticed this before.
