Hi, I recently changed my bank details on sum up, i wanted all my future payments to go into a new account. i had a few sales last week, one on the 24th of oct, the symbol to show it had been lodged into my bank account is showing now when i login to sumup on my phone but there is no payment showing when i login to my online banking. should it be showing on my online banking?

I don't use SumUp, but with any transfer it may take a couple of days to show up in your online banking, particularly over a long weekend.

Just be sure to double check your bank account number is correct.
