VAT on UK tractor?

Do I gave to pay UK VAT when importing a 2nd hand tractor from the UK? Or is there an import tax on this side?

While they are still in the eu VAT has to be paid either there or over here. If not vat registered I assume you'll have to pay it over there. Vrt is 200 I think then. Open to correction
