Below specs are €1080 on pczone.ie. Is it a good rig, or can you do better for the same money? Advice appreciated, thank you.

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Gen2, 3.6GHz (4.25GHz Turbo) 6 Core, 12 Threads CPU
Graphics: ASUS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB ROG STRIX GAMING Graphics Card
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 16GB 3000 MHz DDR4 Dual Channel Memory Kit
    SSD: 250GB CORSAIR MP510 – M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD – Read: 3100MB/s – Write: 1050MB/s
Hard Drive: 1TB Seagate 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA-III Hard Drive
    Optical Drive: None
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING – AMD RYZEN MOTHERBOARD
    Power Supply: 650W – Corsair VS650 80+ White Cert Power Supply (2018)
Case: AEROCOOL QUARTZ – RGB Tempered Glass Mid Tower
Wifi: Asus 300 Mbps wireless network card
    OS: Windows 10 PRO pre-installed

It's VR ready as well. It's advertised as a 1080p gaming rig, which is more than enough for me.
