Colour pop pictures

    Hi all, can any of you tell me where is the best place to buy colour pop wall art?
    I've seen some pictures in various buildings and just think they are fabulous.
    One particular picture I've seen is a monochrome picture of a girl on a street in the rain and her umbrella is red. But I can't seem to find this anywhere to buy
    If any of you can give me an idea of sites it would be very much appreciated
