selling property. No net gain CGT question

    hi

    Im selling a property and have no net gain. do i just do nothing till next year and submit form 12 next year saying the same or do i have to still submit CG1 before 15 Dec. Sale due to close before end nov.

    In a case where there was any CGT due and house was sold by 30 November, you'd need to pay the CGT by 15 Dec this year.

    Far as I know you only need to include it on the CG1 file for next years return, by end of Oct 2020.
