Avensis, orange light on

    Hello, I have an orange light on in the dash of an 2016 Avensis, it's an A symbol with a circle around it with an arrow/line going through it, any help, thanks in advance,

    That's the auto stop / start. When you stop at lights and drop it to neutral and take your foot off the clutch, the engine will auto turn off and turn back on again when you touch clutch. Should be a dash button for it (is in my VW) which means you likely have it disabled via that button. See the list here:

    If it's staying lit there may be an issue such as battery is to weak so it knows not to turn off.

    Did you over ride it as you can turn it on or off as a function.

    Yep, it's the start/stop system. I'd have the battery tested as the stop/start system giving problems can often be attributed to a weak battery especially this time of year.
