Business online, credentials set to authorise transfers but still no access

    Hi, 
    I am the admin on a business banking account and created a new user and they should have full rights to initiate and authorise (2 authorisations needed) a transfer but they get this message when they try to authorise : 
    "User does not have this type of Authorisation. Please contact your Administrator to review user set up "

    I checked and they definitely have the same rights as me so its a bit of an annoying mystery. 
    I would ring the helpline which was so helpful the last time I had an issue but I have no number for them. 

    How do I get this fixed ? 
    I can PM the usernames if that helps to diagnose the problem.
