Wholestone/Al Dancer my first bet in a while.

Thankfully that flat nonsense is over

Tizzards in the first as he's completely unexposed against the fancied ones, and you have to back Getaway Trump to beat Al Dancer , so i may well dutch them.

on what basis do you "have to back" Getaway Trump against Al Dancer? They've raced against each other once with AD beating GT by 7l getting 1lb. I'd imagine that Getaway Trump might need further.

2.00 Champagne Well is in super form. He will love this track and trip and he is fully revved up for today. Unfortunately he had to miss Chepstow as he got a bit of colic at the races. That hasn’t held him back at all and he should go close today.

3.10 Liosduin Bhearna ended last season with two good wins indicating a progressive profile. He has had a few niggles since so could possibly need the run today but we are hoping for a solid performance.

3.45 Aye Aye Charlie's career has always been about being a three-mile chaser. He jumps superbly and is in good form, and his last two runs last season in three-mile hurdles around here were creditable. He may not be quite good enough to win this first time over fences but could make the frame.

    4.55
Petite Power is having his first run back after a lengthy absence due to injury. He is in good form at home but it is unlikely that he'll be good enough to win this. A solid clear round would be the primary objective.

5.30 Benny's Bridge has been flying at home and has won around here before. He needs the race to be run to suit and if they go a good gallop we are confident he will go close

Decent run from my lad, the one to note from the race.

Just thought I’d mention...the Sackville is back opened!!
For any like me that have struggled for a racing shop in town it’s a godsend.

In fairness i wouldn't really judge trump on that run, slowly run race and he was held out the back and was keen.

3.00 Doncaster, Magnetised, around 7/4'ish on the exchange. I've had a fairly big win bet on this. Looks a 2 horse race on paper but this horse should win easy. My best bet of the day.

Last bet of the day for me.

3.25 Newbury. Hamish Short enough @ around 4/7 but I'm willing to take the short odds. I had the horse priced up around 1/3 or shorter even. The horse jumps around it wins.

That's it, you have to be a wum.

Would have won if they hadn’t omitted all the fences today.

Doesn’t matter what he tells the press...what he tells the owners is what matters.
