Getting close to Black Friday / Cyber Monday- there always seems to be deals on these services / VPNs

I got the lifetime Getflix sub a couple of years ago, and it works great for iPlayer (I don't bother with Netflix, but I know that can be problematic at times).

While I was looking for similar for a pal, I found this deal for TNT Stream Unblocker

    https://deals.androidauthority.com/sales/tnt-stream-unblocker-lifetime-subscription

for $19.99 for a lifetime sub.

It seems to do the same job, but I was wondering if anyone had used this service & could comment on the reliability?

Getflix works fine for Netflix we use it here on a daily basis

Can't remember, but will this work on Virgin media hub?

I have VPN unlimited, and it works well, but it would be nice to just get a router wide VPN rather than having to activate it on every device individually.

No I'm pretty sure you can't set the DNS settings on the VM Hub.

OmegaGene is right to use router level DNS on VM you need to bridge the VM router and have your own router to manage traffic and web access.

I would be very wary of routing all my traffic through any smart DNS or VPN tho.

Not sure about the VM hub but if DNS can't be changed it'd be the perfect excuse to splash out on separate router. I have a Netgear Orbi mesh router and very happy with it. DNS can be changed, speeds and coverage are brilliant. I actually have a VM hub but never checked to see if the DNS settings can be changed. Of course it's often possible to change the DNS settings on each individual device. In fact I had to do this on my TV as RTE player wouldn't work with my smart DNS. I use a now TV box for iplayer.
