Hi. I have a large garage at the back of my house, I want to build a room within a room as I hear this is the best way to stop sound escaping. Where do I start though. I have never taken on a project like this before. I'm th inking of putting up stud walls and screwing them to the concrete floor. Then drywall and rockwool for the ceilings and walls. I was going to build this on one side of the garage. So I'll need to put spray foam on the tin roof and insulate the garage doors as well. Does this sound like the way to go , it would mean the room within a room distance between the further garage wall would be 3 metres on one side and then a few inches to the other side
