    Hey all,

I uploaded a picon pack, most work great. I've noticed that some channels don't seem to work, even though I spotted the logo in the pack. The most obvious I've seen is the virgin channels.

All of the picons have a channel name, so I'm guessing I just need to rename the files to match something? Is there an easy way to figure out what name to use?

Turns out issue was the picon pack I used named channels virginmediaone, virginmediatwo, etc. The channels, when scanned on saorview, are named Virgin Media 1, 2, etc. So a quick rename to virginmedia1 sorted it.

    Hey Tony,

I grabbed them from this link: https://github.com/picons/picons/releases/tag/87 (one of the SNP versions)

Sorry I'm not well up on Picons but did you re name the channel entry on the box, the png filename or the logo filename to get virgin showing ?

I renamed the png file on the box (using filezilla), as soon as I saved and re-opened epg the new picon appeared.

You can also create a link to files from a command line like this...

    ln -s -f virginmediaone.png virginmedia1.png
    ln -s -f virginmediatwo.png virginmedia2.png
    ln -s -f virginmediathree.png virginmedia3.png

No idea I'm afraid, I took the tar.xz files, unpakced using 7zip and moved them onto box using filezilla.

Normally you'd remote to the box and install the .ipk file from the command line.

if you have "file commander" or "dreamexplorer" plugins installed you would only need to click on the file and it will offer to install.
