The JD Wetherspoons all sell the 5% ABV version of Heineken, as well as the weaker 3.8% ABV UK version of Carlsberg.

A supervalu near me used to stock 4.3% and scottish market 5% and the 5% was cheaper.

Some smaller independent offies might source it like this too, I have seen it in the odd pub too, 5% longnecks.
