As a registered 'vulnerable user' with Irish Water, who opted into the text messaging

    I suffer from a variety of health conditions for which drinking dirty water would be catastrophic – I only found out about the boil water notice issued late afternoon on Tue 22 October, from my Neighbour. As of 11am, 23 Oct, I have still not received a text message? Nor have I been offered an alternate source of water?

    I have the screen shots and correspondence from Irish Water to prove I opted into the text message service, and also that IW confirmed this to me in writing.

    What has gone wrong?

    This is yet more appealing treatment from IW of vulnerable users!
